A: There are many ways to send a friend request to someone. The fastest way is to check the profile of the person you want to be friends with and click the 'Add Friend' link in the 'Contact Info' field at the bottom. You can also click the 'Add Friend' link inline with the member's posts in the forum and you can type in the member's name in the friends list section of the User CP at the bottom.

A: A friend request is a special PM sent by the 'SySAdmin' account. In the PM, there are links to either accept or deny the request. If you delete the PM without making a decision, you can check your friends list to see if there are any outstanding requests and accept or deny them from there.
