A: Gems are directly related to points. Gems are a visual representation of how many points you have. Each gem color represents a different amount of points. You still have a specific amount of points, but the gems will show you visually how you rank against your fellow members. As you gain enough points, your gems will change.

Gem ranks (Lowest to highest):
- Purple
- Blue
- Green
- Yellow
- Orange
- Red
- Black

A: Unlike a normal post count, the point system details your level of involvement with each site. You can get points by posting in the forums and the length of your post usually counts for more points. You can also get points just by visiting the site every few minutes and navigating on the site will also get extra points added to your total. Posting pretty much anything at ASEville will score you extra points. The more involved the process, the more points you will get. For example, posting a Member Article will get you a load more points than just posting in the forum.

A: Credits are the currency of ASE. With enough credits you can purchase items at the shops. To get more credits all you need to do is participate at the site so make sure you are posting in the forums!

A: An inventory is a special section of your profile that shows everyone which items and such you have purchased. From the inventory section you can also get to your active trades as well. If you don't have any items, you should start buying some right now.

A: The shops are location right here. Be sure that you have enough credits to purchase what you want. You earn credits the same way as earning points so get posting!
